Cardiff manager Lennie Lawrence hopes to name an unchanged starting XI for the home match against Brentford.

A superb display from Wales international striker Robert Earnshaw made it three wins in a week for Cardiff after a win over Brentford.

Earnshaw turned provider in the 28th minute when his cross from the right was headed in by Andy Legg.

Late in the second-half he raced on to a pass from Rhys Weston to lob over Bees goalkeeper Paul Smith and into the empty net.

Bluebirds skipper Graham Kavanagh was again poor, but with Weston, Croft and Legg in inspired form down the flanks Brentford were hardly in the game.

The victory moves Cardiff up to fourth place with a game in hand on the leaders.
